These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TicketJust and the purchase of tickets through our platform. By browsing the site or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
All ticket sales are subject to availability. Selecting seats does not guarantee a purchase until the order is completed. Seats are held for a limited time (30 minutes) during checkout and are released automatically if payment is not completed.
Payments are currently accepted in USDT (Tether). Card payments are not available at this time. You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the wallet address shown at checkout and for submitting a valid transaction reference. Orders are confirmed once payment is verified.
If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Refunds for change-of-mind are at the organizer's discretion. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the wallet address used for the original payment.
A valid order reference is required for entry. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission and to set rules regarding age limits, prohibited items and conduct at the venue.
TicketJust acts as a ticketing platform and is not the event organizer unless stated otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the tickets purchased.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
